This Brazilian coffee is sourced from the Mogiana, Sul de Minas, or Cerrado regions, or a blend thereof, at altitudes between 800 and 1300 meters. It is a natural processed coffee featuring a variety of cultivars including Mundo Novo, Icatu, Acaiá, Catuaí, and Tupi. The cup profile is characterized by a heavy body, sweetness, and smoothness, with distinct tasting notes of caramel, almonds, chocolate, and cherry. This specialty grade coffee is classified as NY 2/3, SSFC, and 17/18 screen size.
