This coffee is from Fazenda Rio Brilhante in Coromandel, Cerrado Mineiro region of Brazil, grown at 950-1100 meters altitude. It features the rare Aramosa variety, a cross between Arabica and Racemosa species. The coffee is processed using the natural method and light roasted. Flavor notes include grape, blood orange, cassis, cashew nuts, and raw honey, with juicy acidity and lingering sweetness. The Aramosa variety is noted for being low in caffeine.
