This coffee is a blend of beans from Colombia and Ethiopia, grown at an altitude of 2000 meters. It features the 74110 and Pink Bourbon varieties. The coffee is processed using honey and co-fermentation methods. It is roasted to a light level and offers a highly floral flavor profile with notes of rose petals and white chocolate.
