This blend combines Ethiopian coffees with a rose petal co-fermented Pink Bourbon from Colombia. Sourced from farmers Jairo Arcila in Colombia and Eliyas Dukamo & Atiklit Dejene in Ethiopia, the coffee is grown at 2000 meters above sea level. The varieties include 74110 and Pink Bourbon, processed using honey and co-fermentation methods. Light roasted, the coffee features flavor notes of rose petals, white chocolate, and love letters, delivering an intensely floral cup.
