A limited edition blend from Colombia and Honduras, grown at approximately 1730–2250m altitude. The blend combines a washed coffee from Santa Barbara, Honduras with Jairo Arcila's honey-processed peach co-ferment from Colombia. Varietals include Pink Bourbon and Paraneima. Roasted light-medium, this blend offers a juicy, full-bodied cup with notes of peach and coconut whipped cream.
