It is a blend of Caturra and Colombia varieties processed using an innovative anaerobic honey fermentation method enriched with red fruits and lactobacillus cultures. The flavor profile is characterized by a juicy explosion of blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries, complemented by fresh notes of orange and citrus, resulting in a complex, aromatic, and balanced cup.
