A single-origin coffee from Bensa, Sidama, Ethiopia, produced by Bekele Belachew and nearby smallholders. The lot is processed as an anaerobic natural and grown at about 2215 MASL; variety JARC 74158 is listed. The cup features vibrant berry and floral aromatics with bergamot-like citrus, pronounced raspberry, mango and fruit-cocktail sweetness, finishing with chocolate notes and a pleasantly drying black-tea finish. Roast level is light.
