Banko Gotiti Washed is an Ethiopian single-origin coffee sourced from the Yirgacheffe region. It is washed processed and described as featuring perfumed jasmine and bergamot over stone fruit with a bright, sparkling acidity. The roast level is light, highlighting clarity and aroma. Suitable for multiple brew methods, including espresso, pour over, and other filter styles.
