This coffee is a Geisha varietal from the Bambito Estate in Panama's Chiriquí highlands. The farm sits at 1,800 meters above sea level, benefiting from a unique microclimate created by mountain ridges that shield the plantation from harsh winds, allowing for slow cherry maturation. The beans are washed processed and produced by Ivan Bambito's family, who have cultivated coffee for five generations. The coffee presents tasting notes of coffee blossom, bergamot, and plum.
