This microlot is produced by the Aponte indigenous community in Nariño, Colombia, at an altitude of 1700-2100 meters. It is a Caturra variety coffee processed using the honey method. The cup is characterized by a complex and delicate profile with tasting notes of cardamom, grape, and tropical fruits. It offers a refined sweetness, a silky body, and a clean, syrupy finish, reflecting the high-altitude climate and careful processing techniques of the smallholder farmers.
As one of Lisbon's pioneering specialty coffee roasters, Fabrica was founded with the vision of bringing the entire coffee process under one roof. They were among the first in the city to roast in-house, creating vibrant community hubs where customers could see the journey from green bean to cup. Their philosophy centers on making high-quality, freshly roasted coffee an integral part of the daily urban experience.
