This coffee is sourced from the Gichathaini wet mill in the Nyeri region of Kenya, situated at an altitude of 1600-1900 meters. It is a washed coffee produced by 1045 smallholder farmers, featuring the Ruiru 11, SL 28, SL 34, and Baitan varieties. Grown in red volcanic soil, this coffee offers a flavor profile characterized by notes of blackcurrant, caramel, and a hint of rhubarb, with a medium body and fruity finish.
