A naturally processed coffee from the Haima region within the Sana'a governorate of Yemen, sourced from approximately 100 smallholder farmers across Haima Dakhliya and Haima Kharijea districts. Grown at altitudes of 2,000 to 2,400 meters above sea level, the coffee features Heirloom Cultivar varieties. The flavor profile is deep and enveloping with dark, integrated sweetness, earthy and caramel notes, dried fruits, dried dates, spices, and a subtle woody undertone, with an elegant bitterness that adds structure and a persistent finish.
