This coffee is a single-origin offering from the Tarekech Werash farm in the Gedeb region of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, grown at an altitude of 2,026 meters. It consists of JARC varieties processed using the natural method. The flavor profile is characterized by notes of strawberry, nectarine, green apple, and milk chocolate, offering a juicy and sweet cup with a refreshing acidity.
