This Geisha coffee is produced by Wilder Lazo at his farm, Bella Alajandría, in San Adolfo, Colombia, at an altitude of 2100 meters. The coffee is processed using a washed method, with a 36-hour fermentation period followed by 12 days of drying on raised beds. This lot was selected for its distinct floral characteristics, specifically notes of jasmine and lemongrass, resulting from a rigorous selection process of the most floral-tasting genotypes.
