Watermelon Co-Fermented

Rösttrommel Kaffeerösterei

About This Coffee

This coffee is a single-origin offering from Finca Monteblanco in the Huila region of Colombia, produced by Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia. It features a blend of Bourbon and Purple Caturra varieties. The coffee undergoes a unique Citrullus Washed process, a co-fermentation method where natural watermelon extracts are added during fermentation. This results in a vibrant and fruity flavor profile with distinct notes of watermelon, raspberry, and a sweet, bubblegum-like finish. It is a light-bodied, experimental coffee ideal for filter brewing or cold brew preparations.
