This coffee is from Wasa Washing Station in the Sidama region of Ethiopia. Grown at 2100-2300 meters, it uses Local Landraces and a Honey processing with 36-hour underwater fermentation, then raised-bed drying. Flavor notes include wildflower honey, lemon/lime, pluot, and nectarous.
