The blend features Edinson Argote’s cinnamon co-ferment and a green-apple expression alongside a washed Huila lot. Tasting notes include tart apple, cinnamon sugar, caramel, brown butter, and vanilla, with a silky, pastry-like body and a warmly spiced finish.
