Vietnam Liberica Anaerobic Natural - Project 96b

Paradise Coffee Roasters

About This Coffee

This rare Coffea Liberica is sourced from the Quảng Trị province in Central Vietnam. Processed using a meticulous anaerobic natural method with an interrupted drying phase, this coffee offers a unique flavor profile. Tasting notes include berries, jackfruit, cherimoya, toasted nuts, and a stevia-like sweetness. It features a full, coating body and bright, citrusy acidity. The beans are notably smaller than typical Liberica and are roasted to a light-medium level, making them well-suited for pour-over, French press, and cold brew brewing methods.
