The UTSUKI Blend, also known as Kunpu, is a seasonal coffee blend featuring beans from Honduras (Chichicastal), Kenya (Kiamabara), and Ethiopia (Habtamu). This medium roast coffee offers a clean and smooth texture with a refreshing aftertaste. The flavor profile is characterized by bright notes of green apple and lemongrass, complemented by the juicy sweetness of kiwi fruit and blueberry, finishing with a lingering brown sugar sweetness.
LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers. The roastery part of the business is led by head roaster Keita Nakamura, who oversees bean selection and roasting, bringing a broad range of single-origin coffees to life with clarity and character.
