About This Coffee

This coffee is produced by Cafe Granja Las Esperanza, a family-owned farm in the Cauca region of Colombia. The Potosi farm encompasses 52 hectares, with 34 dedicated to the Colombia variety grown between 1700-2000 masl. After handpicking ripe cherries, the coffee undergoes 19-22 hours of fermentation before pulping, followed by an additional 35 hours of fermentation. It then dries in a silo for 48 hours before 15 days in solar driers. The natural processed coffee exhibits notes of winey aroma, raisins, longans, and cocoa with hints of blackberry and a lingering aftertaste. Full-bodied with solid taste.
