About This Coffee

Decaffeinated coffee from Colombia's Huila region, sourced from various smallholder farms at 1400-2000 meters altitude. Washed process using ethyl acetate decaffeination. Blend of Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties. Flavor profile features mild cooked pome, amaretto, and graham with mellow sweetness. Available in filter and espresso roasts.
