The Alentejo is a blended coffee combining beans from Peru and Colombia, roasted to a medium-dark profile. The coffee is washed-processed and certified organic, with tasting notes of nougat, milk chocolate, and Brazil nut. It is recommended for both espresso and filter brewing and is offered in bag sizes including 12 oz and 5 lb.
Canyon Coffee was founded in 2016 by the husband-and-wife team of Casey Wojtalewicz and Ally Walsh, who shared a passion for how coffee brought people together.
