The coffee is washed-processed and certified organic, with tasting notes of nougat, milk chocolate, and Brazil nut. Canyon Coffee was founded in 2016 by the husband-and-wife team of Casey Wojtalewicz and Ally Walsh, who shared a passion for how coffee brought people together.
