This coffee is from Hua Chang (Elephant Head) coffee farm located in Doi Chang, Thailand's largest coffee producing region. Produced by Nawin Yaesorkoo, this lot undergoes a yeast inoculation natural process that elevates the sweetness and fruitiness of the coffee. The farm is situated in a forested area where all coffee trees grow under shade. The microclimate allows cherries to ripen more slowly than other farms in Doi Chang, and the volcanic black soil provides fertility and nutrients for producing top quality coffee.
