This coffee is from the Edelweiss Estate plantation in Tanzania, located on the edge of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area in the northern region. The plantation is surrounded by primary forests and has been owned by B.N. Vohora since 1969. The beans are grown at 1600-1800 meters above sea level on volcanic soils. The coffee undergoes honey processing with double fermentation, featuring varieties Kent, Bourbon, and SL-28. The flavor profile includes citrus, apricot jam, and maple syrup notes.
