Take Me Home is a Costa Rica single-origin coffee from the Don Oscar mill (Hermanos Solis) in San Marcos, Tarrazú. The lot is Catuaí variety grown at 1650–2000 masl and processed as red honey. The cup is light-bodied and sweet with tasting notes of toffee, marzipan, vanilla, and almond paste; roast level is Light–Medium and it is recommended for pour-over, espresso, or drip.
Founded in 2015 by Khanh Trang and Trey Cobb in the Texas Hill Country, Greater Goods emerged when the wife-and-husband team decided to follow their dreams and palates to create a woman-owned roasting company with purpose. Their custom roast profiles elevate natural coffee characteristics from sparkling acidity to brown sugar sweetness, while maintaining longterm relationships with farmers through premium pricing.
