This coffee is a single-origin selection from the Nariño region of Colombia, grown by smallholder farmers at an altitude of 1800 to 2100 meters. It consists of Castillo and Caturra varieties and is processed using the washed method. The flavor profile is characterized by a silky mouthfeel with notes of rich milk chocolate and a touch of rose pepper, offering a balanced and flavorful experience.
