El Tablón is a single-origin coffee from the Nariño region of Colombia, grown by smallholder farmers at an altitude of 1800 to 2100 meters. This coffee consists of Castillo and Caturra varieties and is processed using the washed method. It offers a silky smooth body with flavor notes of rich milk chocolate and a touch of rose pepper, providing a balanced and flavorful experience.
