This coffee is sourced from smallholder farmers in the Tablón de Gomez municipality of the Nariño region in Colombia. Grown at an altitude of 1800 to 2100 meters, this coffee consists of Castillo and Caturra varieties. It is a washed process coffee that offers a silky smooth body with flavor notes of rich milk chocolate and a touch of rose pepper.
As one of Lisbon's pioneering specialty coffee roasters, Fabrica was founded with the vision of bringing the entire coffee process under one roof. They were among the first in the city to roast in-house, creating vibrant community hubs where customers could see the journey from green bean to cup. Their philosophy centers on making high-quality, freshly roasted coffee an integral part of the daily urban experience.
