A washed Costa Rica coffee from Volcan Azul farm, produced by Alejo Castro. Grown at 1500–1600 meters above sea level, the coffee features Caturra and Catuai varieties harvested in January–February 2024. Roasted to a medium profile for a rich and sweet character, with tasting notes of milk chocolate, brown sugar, and red cherries. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
