This coffee is from the Rumu Damo washing station in Ethiopia. It undergoes extended anaerobic fermentation, which differs from simple natural Ethiopian processing. The process gives the coffee more intensity while maintaining a jammy profile without being too boozy. This coffee is described as the sister to Strawberry Kiss from the same washing station.
