This Yellow Pacamara comes from Finca Cerro Azul in Rio Bonito, Siguatepeque, where the washed processing brings out the variety's characteristic clarity and delicate fruit character. The cup offers white chocolate sweetness, ripe melon, and orange blossom, with a soft mouthfeel and light, balanced acidity.
Originally established in 2002 by founders Sascha Spittel and Robert Stock as Tres Cabezas and rebranded to 19grams in 2018, this Berlin-based roastery has been a pioneer in bringing specialty coffee to Germany when the movement was barely recognized in the country.
