Sonora Typica is a coffee from Costa Rica characterized by chocolate mousse, apricot, and macadamia flavors. It is a 100% Arabica coffee, cultivated sustainably and fairly traded. The coffee is roasted gently in Berlin and offered in whole bean form, suitable for espresso preparation and other brewing methods.
Originally established in 2002 by founders Sascha Spittel and Robert Stock as Tres Cabezas and rebranded to 19grams in 2018, this Berlin-based roastery has been a pioneer in bringing specialty coffee to Germany when the movement was barely recognized in the country.
