This coffee is from Granja Paraiso 92 in Piendamó, Cauca, Colombia, grown at approximately 2000 meters altitude by producer Wilton Benitez. The Papayo varietal is processed using a thermal shock method. Light roasted, this coffee offers a complex flavor profile with notes of tropical fruit, lavender, and existentialism. Wilton Benitez is known for experimental fermentation techniques and has won numerous awards including Best Cup of Cauca 2023, The Golden Bean 2022, and Colombia Land of Diversity 2019 and 2023.
