This coffee is sourced from the Pueblo Bello region in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Colombia, at an altitude of 1800 meters. Produced by the Arhuaco community at the Pava Chillona farm, this Castillo variety is processed using a washed method and sun-dried for at least 20 days. It offers a flavor profile featuring notes of nuts, plum, milk chocolate, cinnamon, and cookie. This organic, regeneratively grown coffee is suitable for both espresso and filter brewing methods.
Harmony Roasters began in 2021 when Dani sold his motorbike to buy a one kilogram capacity roaster. Together with his partner Agatha, who handles photography, social media, and the web presence, Dani built a micro roastery in Montcada i Reixac on the outskirts of Barcelona. His approach favours minimal intervention, letting the coffee's natural character come through rather than imposing a heavy roast signature. It paid off quickly: Dani won both the Catalan Coffee Roasting Championship and the Spain Roasters Championship in 2021, then took the Catalan title again in 2022. The roastery uses fully compostable packaging and supplies several businesses around Barcelona.
