This Ethiopian espresso coffee comes from the Shantawene Washing Station at 2100 meters altitude. It is a natural processed Arabica blend of Heirloom and Typica varieties, featuring tasting notes of cola, mango, and caramel fudge, with a medium to dark espresso roast and a silky body.
Originally established in 2002 by founders Sascha Spittel and Robert Stock as Tres Cabezas and rebranded to 19grams in 2018, this Berlin-based roastery has been a pioneer in bringing specialty coffee to Germany when the movement was barely recognized in the country.
