This coffee is a Pink Bourbon variety from the El Placer farm in the Quindio region of Colombia, grown at an altitude of 1744 meters. It is processed using a washed method, where the cherries are depulped immediately after harvest and fermented for 24 to 36 hours before washing and drying. This results in a clean and balanced cup with vibrant flavor notes of Fruit Loops and bergamot.
