This single-origin Costa Rica coffee comes from the Macho farm in Santa Rosa, León Cortés, Tarrazú, grown by producer Efraín Naranjo Naranjo at 1900 meters elevation. The lot is washed processed and described with tasting notes of baked apple, warm allspice, and honeycomb, with a light-medium roast profile and a clean, balanced cup.
Founded in 2015 by Khanh Trang and Trey Cobb in the Texas Hill Country, Greater Goods emerged when the wife-and-husband team decided to follow their dreams and palates to create a woman-owned roasting company with purpose. Their custom roast profiles elevate natural coffee characteristics from sparkling acidity to brown sugar sweetness, while maintaining longterm relationships with farmers through premium pricing.
