This single-origin coffee is a Bourbon variety from Finca Santa Ana, located in the Pueblo Nuevo Viñas village of the Santa Rosa department in Guatemala. Grown at an altitude between 1,600 and 1,820 meters on volcanic soil, this coffee is processed using the washed method. It offers a refined flavor profile characterized by notes of red apple, citrus, and caramel, with a bright, clean finish.
