This single-origin coffee is sourced from the Simbi washing station in the Huye district of Rwanda. Grown at an altitude of 1980 to 2250 meters, this Red Bourbon variety is processed using a natural method on sun-drying beds. The flavor profile features notes of grape, chocolate, strawberry, mandarin, and floral characteristics. This coffee represents the work of 1850 smallholder farmers and reflects the high-quality standards of the region, which has previously achieved success in the Cup of Excellence competition.
