This natural processed coffee is grown in the Gakenke region of Rwanda at an altitude of 1800 to 2100 meters. It is a Red Bourbon variety produced by a women-led community of smallholder farmers at the Mbilima Washing Station. The coffee is slow-dried on raised African beds for 22 to 45 days. It features a light roast profile with tasting notes of strawberries and cream, papaya, and hazelnut spread, offering a silky body and a bright, tropical character.
