About This Coffee

This coffee is a single-origin Bourbon variety from the Kabirizi washing station in the Rutsiro District of Rwanda. Grown at an altitude of 1,750 meters, it undergoes a specific Rwandan washed process that includes a unique 24-hour water soaking step after fermentation.
