Ricardo Vargas is a single-origin coffee from Finca Don Vallejito in Tulipe, Pichincha, Ecuador. The lot is composed of Typica Mejorado and Caturra, traditionally depulped, fermented, fully washed and slowly dried. Roasted for filter, it offers bright, sweet character with tasting notes of guava, violet and candied ginger, supported by light caramel tones and a plush acidity.
