Refisa Washed is a single-origin coffee from Nensebo, West Arsi in Oromia, Ethiopia, grown at 1900–2070 MASL. Varieties Wolisho and Kurume were wet-processed (washed) and dried on raised beds. The cup is bright and clean with citrus, fresh cherry, honey sweetness and floral aromatics, presented as a light roast.
Black & White is the realization of barista champions Kyle Ramage and Lem Butler’s ambition to democratize elite‑level coffee. They manage a dedicated roastery since 2017, roasting four days per week.
