This coffee is a Bourbon variety from the Abadatezuka Cooperative in the Western Province of Rwanda. Grown at high altitudes between 1850 and 2200 meters, it is a washed process coffee. The cup features a flavor profile of caramel and brown sugar, complemented by notes of dried passion fruit and dried apricot. It offers a tangy acidity and a clean, fruit-like sweetness. The coffee is grown in fertile soil near the Nyungwe forest, benefiting from a cool climate influenced by Lake Kivu.
