This coffee is a micro-lot Geisha from Finca Perdida (The Lost Farm), located in the Jaén area of Cajamarca, Peru's northern highlands, at an altitude of 1,800–2,000 meters. Grown by the Valdivia family on a small, secluded farm, this lot is named "Andes Perdido Por Las Flores." It undergoes a classic washed process: cherries are de-pulped, fermented in cool mountain water for 24–36 hours, thoroughly washed, then slow-dried on raised shaded beds. Flavor notes include jasmine, honeysuckle, bergamot, and white nectarine, with a silky body.
