This Peru Pacamara coffee comes from Roblepampa in Lonya Grande, Utcubamba, Amazonas, grown at 1850 meters above sea level. The Pacamara variety is processed with a double fermentation and washed method, then dried in solar dryers for 25–30 days. Tasting notes include floral, fruity, high sweetness, and juicy characteristics with hints of glace cherry, mandarin, and panela.
