About This Coffee

This single-origin coffee is produced by Eulogio Chipao in the Incahuasi region of Cusco, Peru, at an altitude of 2220 meters. It features the rare SL9 variety, also known as Geisha Inca, which is processed using the washed method. The cup profile is delicate and juicy, offering complex flavors of perfumed florals, tangerines, peach, and fresh tropical fruits, with a lingering sweetness reminiscent of peach iced tea.

Finnish couple Sari and Henrik Haavisto founded Populus Coffee in Berlin Neukölln around 2015, choosing the German capital over Helsinki for its more favorable startup environment.
