This coffee is sourced from the Asociacion de Productores Cafetaleros Juan Marco El Palto, a cooperative located in the Amazonian Andes of northern Peru at an altitude of 1600-1800 meters. The coffee is a blend of Bourbon and Caturra varieties, processed using the natural method on raised beds. It features a light-medium roast profile with tasting notes of citrus, stone fruits, cane sugar, and nougat, offering a juicy cup. All farms in the cooperative are organic and Fair-Trade certified.
