The farm spans up to 10 hectares and processes coffee through a wet mill with gravity wash channels and raised drying beds. Varieties include Abbysinia, Catimor, and Typica, all 100% Arabica. Processed using Natural Carbonic Maceration. The flavor profile features guava, plum, and watermelon notes. Roasted as a filter coffee, suitable for AeroPress, Chemex, filter, and French press.
