The method bridges washed and natural styles, drawing out blackberry and prune flavors while hazelnut adds textural depth. Medium acidity keeps the cup bright without sharpness, finishing clean and tea-like. Originally developed as an espresso line, it works equally well as filter, where the processing reveals its expressive, fruit-forward character.
